Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These Terms govern your use of Arbocado, a browser extension and accompanying website that helps you identify and place arbitrage bets across third-party sportsbooks. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal betting age in your jurisdiction and located where sports betting and the relevant sportsbooks are legal. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Arbocado complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of each sportsbook you connect.
2. What Arbocado does
Arbocado calculates suggested stake sizes and pre-fills sportsbook bet slips on your behalf. It never places a bet without your explicit confirmation on each leg. You remain the account holder and decision-maker for every wager.
3. No guarantee of profit
Arbitrage opportunities depend on third-party odds that can change or be voided at any time, and sportsbooks may limit, cancel, or refuse bets. Arbocado does not guarantee any outcome, profit, or that a calculated arb will remain available. You bet at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Arbocado is offered on a recurring monthly subscription of $49.99, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any sportsbook's terms or any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Limitation of liability
Arbocado is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, account limitations imposed by sportsbooks, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
